The raw material is uncoiled, leveled, sheared, side-trimmed, formed, welded, cooled, post-annealed, and sized, then it is tested ultrasonically, fly cut, straightened, its ends are faced,
 
hydrostatically tested, and finally arrives at the stringent final inspection. Every inch of the final product is thoroughly examined. All tubing goes through the same manufacturing process, which allows for instant correction of any defects and prevents damage due to handling.

After this process, the tubes and pipes either undergo galvanizing and threading, antirust painting or PE-coating for finishing touches. All of our products are eddy current tested to ensure weld integrity. Our products are manufactured to meet the demanding requirements of a host of industries including: marine construction, oil and gas, petrochemical, and air conditioning.
